North East Syria: Report “Civilians under attack”

Un Ponte Per (UPP) releases the report “Civilians under attack. Violations of International Humanitarian Law during Turkish and OAGs military operations in North-East Syria”, produced to denounce the violations of Humanitarian law that UPP staff have registered and verified.

The report provides consolidated data and in-depth information on the current humanitarian emergency in North-East Syria, where UPP works in partnership with the Kurdish Red Crescent (Heyva Sor a Kurd/KRC).

UPP strongly condemns all breaches of Humanitarian Law by warring parties it has witnessed. Expresses great concern about the current situation, and calls for safe passage for fleeing civilians, and immediate protection for the camps that receive refugees and internally displaced persons.
